Shaolin Tai Chi Studio offers Group and private instruction. Who can study Tai Chi? 

It is said that Tai Chi is for everyone, and with good reason. Tai Chi and Chi Kung are not Martial Arts that require great strength, youth, or athletic ability.  Our training program teaches you how to breath properly, move freely without effort, channel your body's Chi energy, relax your mind & have fun.                                                           

Simply put, it is an art that requires only one thing.....Desire.....

To begin your training, you need no more than the desire to learn and some comfortable shoes and clothing. Classes are one hour in length and will cover the Art in a traditional backdrop. Your journey will guide you through the history of Tai Chi and Chi Kung while teaching you the proper techniques, so that you acheive the maximum benefit.

Classes will cover:

  • Chi Cultivation
  • Excercises to enhance mind-body and upper and lower body coodination
  • The Eight Elixers (A series of movements that work the entire body, internally and externally)
  • San Jaio (A complete self contained excersice used to gather Chi, reduce stress and help you focus)
  • The 18 Hands of the Arhat (18 Lohan)
  • Yang Style Tai Chi Form
  • Porper Breathing Exercises
